With Tachyon’s solution, your products are stored in our secure warehouse offering state-of-the-art technology to efficiently pick and pack your products to ensure they get to your key audience on-time.

Receiving and Warehousing

Upon receipt of your inventory, your products are verified and counts are confirmed. Boxes are then labeled for identification, and placed in dedicated storage and pick locations within the warehouse. Once received, items are available in the webstore in real-time, the incoming receipt is closed out and inventory and location information is available. You are able to track both items waiting to be received and received items through our OMAD system.

Shipping

As orders are placed, the information is immediately integrated with OMAD enabling us to pick, pack and ship your orders. Generally, orders are picked, packed and shipped the same day the order is placed and often within several hours. You are able to monitor this process every step of the way, getting order status, number of boxes, box contents and tracking information in real-time, thus ensuring orders will be complete and delivered on-time.
